Baldwin School
The Baldwin School is a private, all-girls, college preparatory day school located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, on Philadelphia's Main Line. Founded in 1888, it is one of the premier girls' schools in the Philadelphia region.

The school was founded in 1888 in Bryn Mawr by Florence Baldwin as a college preparatory school for young women. The school was designed to prepare girls for admission to Bryn Mawr College and other leading women's colleges.[1]
The Baldwin School was among the first schools to prepare women for rigorous college study, reflecting the late 19th century movement for women's higher education.
